Margery Hammer's Letter of Appreciation

It has been more than thirty years since I have fit into a size twelve anything but here I am, right of the rack, a size twelve, says Marjorie Hammer age 56. I married my high school sweetheart at the age of 16 and after 39 years of marriage and a sudden brief illness, my beloved husband died from cancer. For the first time in my life,
I was alone.

At 5'4", I weighed in at 237 lbs. I was on two blood pressure medications and sometimes had trouble breathing. I was frustrated because every diet I tried, I would lose 10 or 15 pounds and then gain it back plus more each time. My husband's death made me realize I had four grown children and ten wonderful grandchildren to live for. With my sister's encouragement, I joined Castaldi's Killer Boot Camp. The first camp was the hardest thing I have ever done with my body. It was really rough coming in last all the time and wondering if I would ever be able to do what the other campers were doing.

Tina Castaldi, better known as the Master Chief, always was there with a smile and a pat on the back for every step of the way. "I don't know what I would have done without CKBC", say Hammer. My doctor has taken me off of one of my blood pressure medications and his comments were "Keep it up!"

Presently, I weigh 165 and have lost over 30 inches off my hips. I plan to keep going to CKBC until I reach my goal!
"I love the Master Chief, she's changed my life!"
